Whitehead Advisory acted as the Lead Advisor on the sale of Axcess Consulting Pty Ltd, an Australian-based loan management software provider, to Aryza Group, an Ireland-based insolvency software business.

Founded in Geelong in 1991, the Axcess platform is a scalable SaaS offering designed to help, non-bank lenders manage loan origination, underwriting, servicing and investment portfolio management using a single consolidated platform.  

Whitehead Advisory managed the end-to-end sales process on behalf of the sellers which included: vendor due diligence, information memorandum drafting, data room preparation, deal marketing, offer appraisal, management of purchaser due diligence, negotiation and settlement.

Industry: Medical Imaging

A leading provider of medical imaging services across Australia and New Zealand, Integral Diagnostics (IDX) provides state of the art diagnostic services to patients and their referrers. IDX employs some of Australasia’s leading radiologists and diagnostic imaging specialists in a unique medical leadership model that ensures quality patient care, service, and access.

Whitehead Advisory provided the ASX listed company with financial due diligence and transaction support, providing both the board and management with key financial decision-making tools and processes to support multiple business acquisitions.

Industry: Electronic Data Record Management Software (EDRMS)

Whitehead Advisory assisted a Victorian-based market-leading EDRMS developer, FYB, with the sale of its unique platform to a US software investment fund, Banyan Software.

Whitehead Advisory acted as lead advisor in the sale of the privately-owned family business, Surfaces by Hynes to Beaumont Tiles (owned by Wesfarmers).

Surfaces by Hynes is a major service provider of tile and flooring requirements of builders and developers across Victoria.

Thornton Engineering provides design and fabrication of structural steel, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, plate and piling steel products for major projects Australia wide. Established in 1975, from a small workshop in Penshurst, Victoria, the family-owned business has grown to become one of the leading steel fabricators in Australia. The company has evolved significantly from its humble beginnings but maintains its strong family values and philosophies from the early years. In 1999, Thornton Engineering established its head office and fabrication facility on a 100,000 sqm site in Geelong, Victoria. The site is strategically positioned close to a major seaport (5km), international airport (15km) and over-dimensional transport route, ensuring the organisation can deliver finished product to all corners of the globe.

Whitehead Advisory was engaged by Thornton Engineering to provide corporate advice and financial restructuring to fund growth and success.
