Whitehead Advisory acted as the Lead Advisor on the sale of Axcess Consulting Pty Ltd, an Australian-based loan management software provider, to Aryza Group, an Ireland-based insolvency software business.

Founded in Geelong in 1991, the Axcess platform is a scalable SaaS offering designed to help, non-bank lenders manage loan origination, underwriting, servicing and investment portfolio management using a single consolidated platform.  

Whitehead Advisory managed the end-to-end sales process on behalf of the sellers which included: vendor due diligence, information memorandum drafting, data room preparation, deal marketing, offer appraisal, management of purchaser due diligence, negotiation and settlement.
